Step 1: The soiled linen is sorted, ready for washing
Step 4: At the end of the washing cycle, the linen is pressed into a ‘cake’ and automatically transferred from the Tunnel Washer onto a ‘shuttle’ to be taken to the tumble dryers
Step 5: Once tumbled, the linen is automatically unloaded from the dryers onto a conveyor. It is then loaded into barrows ready to be ironed or folded
Step 7: Once the linen has been through our finishing machines, it is wrapped in plastic film and placed into skips
Step 8: The loaded skips are then secured onto our vans ready to be delivered to our customers

Step 6: The clean linen is taken to the relevant finishing machine - towels to the towel folders and sheets to the ironing machines, called ‘calenders’
