Q1. Are your Drivers reliable?

A1. We are fortunate to have a reliable, friendly and co-operative team of Drivers and Driver Assistants. Each Driver has his own round so is able to establish good working relationships with the customers on the round. View our Linen-Hire page to find out more.

Q2. I don’t want to speak to 10 different people and then find out that none of them can help me. What access to management will I have?

A2. When you decide to hire your linen from Walton Lodge, we will provide you with a contact list of our management, including the directors, so that you have access to the people who really can help you. Alternatively, you can Contact Us through our web site.

Q3. Why do you not serve the large hotels?

A3. Many of our existing customers are family owned and run, just like Walton Lodge Linen Services, and enjoy the personal service they receive from us. We want to continue to provide a dependable service at a fair price for this market sector where we believe we are the best!
