Q1. You are a small company, does this mean that you are expensive?
A1. No. We keep our prices low due to efficient production processes thereby meeting your expectation of value for money. Contact Us for our price list and discount structure.
Q2. Will you guarantee your prices?
A2. As a small, family-run business, we understand how difficult it can be to keep costs down. Understandably, we are not able to guarantee our prices indefinitely. We would give appropriate warning of any proposed price change so that you are able to plan around it - due to our ability to keep control of costs. Q3. Why do you not have your price list on your web site?
A3. A direct comparison of our list prices to the prices you are currently paying is not a true reflection of the difference in price. Most laundries apply Minimum Hire Charges and bills for losses as well as passing on other charges such as the Congestion Charge and Penalty Charge Notices. We have a simple, fair and transparent pricing structure so you know exactly what you will be paying for our linen hire service.
In addition, late deliveries incur the payment of overtime to chambermaids and inconvenience to guests waiting for rooms, and inferior linen can lead to complaints and the loss of future bookings.
If you would like to receive our price list, detailing our discount structure, please Contact Us and we will send one to you. If you then provide us with some of your current linen supply invoices, we will re-price them under our own pricing and quantity discount structure, so that you have a true comparison.
