We purchase linen (Bedroom, Bathroom and Restaurant) from specialist manufacturers and provide linen hire or linen rental to hotels, apartments and health clubs within London.

Quality Of Linen

We replenish our linen on a frequent basis to ensure that quality standards are met.
Marked or torn linen is taken out of the process and used for rags for our customers, should they require them.
All our staff are trained to carry out quality control checks at each stage of the laundering process.

We provide our customers with soiled linen bags, seen here against the wall. The soiled linen is then sorted according to type and loaded into blue bags which are hoisted onto an overhead track system.

Direct Exchange Of Linen – Preventing Short Deliveries

We operate a direct exchange of linen, unlike most of our competitors, who operate a delayed exchange of linen.
On the day before your delivery day, you place an order for the count of linen that you want to receive. So, when you are busy you order more and when you are quieter you order less - simple!
Or, if you prefer, we will apply an agreed standing order.
Under a delayed exchange process what you receive depends on what the laundry picked up from you a few days earlier. Under this system, the customer count rarely agrees to the laundry count so you can never be sure whether you will receive back the quantities of linen you expect. This process leads to ill-feeling and bills for losses.

Making A Delivery

We deliver the clean linen that you have ordered from us the previous day (or based on a standing order if you prefer).
We collect all the soiled linen from you at the same time.
