Delivery days

  • 6 days a week, Monday-Saturday.
  • Bank holidays (except 25-26 December and 1 January).
  • We will establish standard delivery days and time range that are convenient to you.

Direct versus delayed exchange of linen

  • We operate a direct exchange of linen, unlike most of our competitors, who operate a delayed exchange of linen.
  • On the day before your delivery day, you place an order for the count of linen that you want to receive. So, when you are busy you order more and when you are quieter you order less - simple!
  • Or, if you prefer, we will set up a standing order with you.
  • Under a delayed exchange process what you receive depends on what the laundry picked up from you a few days earlier. Under this system, the customer count rarely agrees to the laundry count so you can never be sure whether you will receive back the quantities of linen you expect. This process leads to ill-feeling and bills for losses.

Delivery of clean linen and collection of dirty linen

  • We will deliver what you have ordered on your pre-determined delivery day(s).
  • We will pick up the dirty linen when we deliver the clean.

Once processed, our linen is bagged and stored in skips, ready to be shipped directly to our customers

The linen is safely secured on the van so that it arrives in the same condition that it has left the laundry
