Q1. If I urgently need linen, will you be able to supply it?

A1. We have a very flexible ordering system which sets us apart from other laundries. However, in order to guarantee your delivery of linen, we need to receive your order by 3pm the day before your delivery. However, we will endeavour to meet your requirements and will try to send you linen, by cab if necessary, if you are unable to wait until the next day. Q2. With my current supplier, I frequently don’t get my delivery until after 11 o’clock at night. How reliable are your delivery times?

A2. Our drivers work from 5am and are in all zones of our service area from Monday to Friday. We do not specify a delivery time as we may not be able to meet a specific time due to London traffic. However, we try to arrange a delivery for a time of day (e.g. early morning, mid-morning, late morning and early afternoon). It is important that our customers keep a day’s worth of stock at all times so that you are not waiting on the current day’s delivery to make up the rooms. Q3. How will you ensure that we do not run out of linen?

A3. We will install a safety stock with your first delivery that will ensure that you can withstand a 1-day-delay in delivery. View our Delivery Process page to find out more.

Q4. What if you do not deliver on the arranged day?

A4. Please note that your safety stock should be maintained at all times. In the unlikely event that we cannot meet your entire order for the arranged delivery day, we will contact you (by driver or telephone) to find out if the outstanding order can be delivered the next day.
