Working Out Your Notice With Your Current Supplier
- From the time that you ask us to be your linen hire supplier we will ensure that you will not run out of linen – even if your current linen hire supplier, or laundry, becomes unreliable during the notice period.
- In most cases, one week’s notice is sufficient. However, we will make every effort to start our service earlier if you require.
Change-Over Service
- If you have had poor service, we can help you negotiate out of your current contract or notice period.
- One of our Managers can spend the day with you to supervise or help work out the change-over, or lend an extra pair of hands – whatever you require.
- We will provide a fully comprehensive but concise training pack so that you can train your staff quickly and easily regarding our service.
Stock And Storage
- We will suggest an initial stock level, including a safety stock.
- We will supply tarpaulin, where necessary, to ensure that soiled linen does not come into contact with cement flooring.
- We will provide you with soiled linen bags and labels.
